Joomla! Error: The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded

Question: Everytime when I refresh my Joomla! site I get an Alert "The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded"

Answer: 

• This happens since the Wrapper Module is published with each new Joomla! Installation and there isn't a URL to wrap. 
• There are 2 ways to solve this issue
  • Unpublish the Wrapper Module or
  • Provide a URL to wrap
